Terms and Conditions
The normal delivery time is 2 - 3 workdays when the product is delivered in Sweden and 3-10 workdays outside Sweden from the day the order was placed. If a product is temporarily out of stock or in production the delivery time can be longer. You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occurs. Please send a mail to email@example.com if you wish to cancel your purchase. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers. We also make reservations for price difference on www.Drosselmeyer.com caused by wrong price codes, etc.
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. Please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about your order.
At present, Drosselmeyer accept Klarna VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partners Stripe to guarantee secure payments. This is how it works:
Choose your credit card type i.e. (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), state your card numbers and validation date. A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account.
The money is being transferred to Drosselmeyer. As soon as Drosselmeyer receives the information that the payment is completed the goods are sent to the customer.
Shipping cost are applied in regard to the specific shipment destination, hence the shipping cost can vary. Goods are shipped from Sweden.
Drosselmeyer.com accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our email@example.com no later than 14 days after purchase. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to info@Drosselmeyer.com or through a standard mail.
The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) payment confirmation c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Once the return is granted you will receive a Return order number that must be marked on the parcel. If we don’t find the return number this may cause your refund to be delayed. Return the product together with a printed copy of the payment confirmation together with the return order number. State the cause of the return on the back side of the payment confirmation.
Drosselmeyer guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact firstname.lastname@example.org delay or at the latest within 14 days after reception. Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the payment confirmation and return order number. State the cause of the return on the back side of the payment confirmation. Important you must contact email@example.com before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved, receive the return order number and get the return postage paid. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.
NON-PICKED UP GOODS
If Drosselmeyer receives packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 14 days.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts between consumers and Drosselmeyer shall be governed by Swedish Law. Drosselmeyer follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority. All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers.
Warranty is according to consumer laws in the country were the product has been purchased. Please note the warranty does not cover the normal wear and aging of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product and nonobservance of the directions provided by Drosselmeyer. Please save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment, returns, etc, please contact us.
