Payment options
At present, Drosselmeyer accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. When you pay with a credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partners Stripe to guarantee secure payments. This is how it works:

Choose your credit card type i.e. (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), state your card numbers and validation date. A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account.
The money is being transferred to Drosselmeyer. As soon as Drosselmeyer receives the information that the payment is completed the goods are sent to the customer. 

Warranty
Warranty is according to consumer laws in the country where the product has been purchased. Please note the warranty does not cover the normal wear and aging of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product and nonobservance of the directions provided by Drosselmeyer. Please save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment, returns, etc, please contact us.

DISCOUNTS 

At Drosselmeyer Designgroup AB we’re committed to offering fair and transparent pricing to all our customers. Please note that we do not apply discounts on top of other discounts. This means that if a product or service is already discounted — whether through a promotion, sale, or special offer — additional discount codes or promotions cannot be applied.
