The normal delivery time is 3-10 working days from the day the order was placed. If a product is temporarily out of stock or in production the delivery time can be longer. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers. We also make reservations for price difference on www.Drosselmeyer.com caused by wrong price codes, etc.

Drosselmeyer.com accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our email@example.com no later than 14 days after purchase. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
Non-picked up goods
If Drosselmeyer receives packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. The settlement of the invoice shall be within 14 days.
